A s'mores-themed recipe is a great idea for a fun party! Here’s a delicious and creative twist on the classic s'mores that will surely impress your guests. How about making S'mores Bar Cups? They are easy to serve, delicious, and customizable!

S'mores Bar Cups
Ingredients:
Graham cracker crumbs (about 2 cups)
1/4 cup butter (melted)
Mini marshmallows (or large marshmallows cut in half)
Chocolate bars (such as Hershey’s, cut into small pieces)
Mini muffin tin (or cupcake tin)
Whipped cream (for topping)
Optional toppings: Sprinkles, caramel drizzle, peanut butter chips, or crushed nuts
Instructions:
Make the Graham Cracker Crust:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until the mixture is slightly wet and holds together when pressed.
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each cup of a mini muffin tin.
Press the crumbs into the bottom of each cup to form a crust.
Bake the crust for 5-7 minutes or until golden. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Assemble the S’mores Cups:
Once the crust has cooled slightly, break pieces of chocolate bars and place them on top of the graham cracker crust.
Top with mini marshmallows (a few per cup).
Toast the Marshmallows:
Place the muffin tin under the broiler for about 1-2 minutes, keeping an eye on them so the marshmallows lightly brown and toast. You can also use a kitchen torch if you have one!
Important: Keep a close watch on the marshmallows to avoid burning.
Finishing Touches:
Once toasted, remove the tin from the oven.
Top each s'mores cup with a dollop of whipped cream and any additional toppings you like, such as caramel drizzle, sprinkles, or crushed peanuts for a fun twist.
Serve & Enjoy:
Let the s'mores bar cups cool for a couple of minutes, and they’re ready to serve! You can plate them up or let guests grab them as they are.
Bonus Ideas to Elevate Your S’mores Party:
S’mores Station: Set up a DIY s'mores station where guests can build their own s'mores with different toppings like peanut butter, Nutella, flavored marshmallows, or caramel.
S’mores Nachos: Layer graham crackers, chocolate chips, marshmallows, and caramel sauce on a baking sheet, then bake until gooey. Serve with a side of whipped cream or chocolate dipping sauce.
Frozen S’mores Pops: Dip marshmallows in melted chocolate, coat with crushed graham crackers, and freeze for a cool twist on s'mores!
